Rockhopper is a mobile self contained professional quality recording studio. And anyone can use it. It's fully equipped, air conditioned, has lots of instruments and amps and you can record, edit, mix and master in it.

Services offered on the day

1) Plug in and Play - Artists and bands have the opportunity to use Rockhoppers wide range of instruments to record any song! Once the song has been recorded we then do a rough mix that can be taken away with them. There is also an option of a more refined mix. Prices start at £35 per song!

2) Vocal Recordings against backing tracks (Karaoke) - using our collection of backing tacks and internet connection, festival goers can choose a song then sing along to it. Using Rockhoppers professional gear and pitch correction software great results are guaranteed.

3) Recording of professional bands – Rockhopper can give bands coming off the main stages the opportunity to record something then and there. Coming off a stage a band might be warmed up and wanting  to do a recording, Rockhopper  can do that recording using its professional realise quality gear.

4) Twelve bar Blue contest – Musicians of all skills get the chance to play along to a twelve bar blues (recorded by Bernie Marsden). The top three then will be chosen and played on the main stage for the festival to decide which one is the best and crowned Middleton Music Festival Champion!
